What is Translation Process, Translation Process at 9 Step
1. Receiving Documents
You can send your documents which need to be translated to us by fax, email, cargo etc. You can take advantage of our courier service according to your request in Ankara.
2. Evaluation and Performance
Once your documents are received, the subject and the terminology of density are examined. The customer is informed about the duration. Then it is given to our notary certified translator who is an expert in their field. Usually we prefer the translation to be done by one translator in terms of translation coherence. However, according to the intensity of the work, in case of urgent translation, your translations are made by more than one translator. In this case, the terminology study is done first.
3. Document Originality
Your translations are done in the same format. So not only the translation is same, but also the format looks same.
The translations of the translators are arranged by the coordinator. The translated text is read for the last time and it is edited.
5. Notarial Attestation
If a notary public is required for the document which is translated, the money paid to the notary public is followed and certified free of charge by the customer. If necessary, the governorship apostille and foreign affairs of the apostille are monitored and concluded free of charge by us.
6. Delivery of the Translation Work
The translation is submited in full within the agreed time period via email, fax, cargo, etc., and also submitted to your destination in Ankara via our courier.
7. Translation Quality
We guarantee the quality of the translation. When it is claimed that there are any problems arising from our translation company in the translation, the translations are taken back and examined again. If necessary, it is translated again. If the notary certifications are made, our customer’s documents are certified without re-certification fee. İn this case we pay the notary certification fee.
There is a confidentiality agreement between us and our customers that we accept as auto-signed. We have confidentiality agreements with our notary sworn translators and there is an archive of these. The information of our customers is never given out. However, at the request of our customers, we also sign confidentiality agreements.
9. Archiving the Translation
We archive our translations. We offer you when necessary.
